In January this year Langley Holdings moved into new freehold purpose-built headquarters on Enterprise Way, Retford, just a stones throw from their former old adminstration buildings.
The new Langley HQ building is one of three detached buildings being developed by Langley's construction division. The two other buildings, currently under development, are available to let to businesses, with a fourth building also proposed.
These headquarter-calibre detached office buildings are built to a high specification with hardwood and stainless steel interior finishes, under floor heated reception areas, high levels of natural lighting/ventilation and secure, private car parking in landscaped grounds.
The new site is located near to the A1 and close to regional airports. There is a fast train service to the capital which can be reached in as little as 90 minutes from Retford railway station, making it ideal for companies looking to open a regional office or re-locate.
The old buildings have since been demolished to allow
re-development of the site by Langley's housebuilding division.
