Both companies were for many years part of Rolls-Royce in the past and are now reunited under Langley ownership\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Steve Gretton, managing director of Clayton Locomotives said\u00a0<\/span><i>\u201cI would like to congratulate Langley Holdings on the successful acquisition of the assets of Clayton Equipment Limited.
