Austin, TX – Bergen Engines announces two senior leadership moves that reinforce its strategy and presence across the Americas.

Jack Pearce – CEO, Bergen Engines Inc.

Bergen Engines has appointed Jack Pearce as CEO of Bergen Engines Inc., strengthening the company’s leadership in the Americas.

A mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Manchester (U.K.), Pearce began his career with Langley Holdings in 2016 at Piller Power Systems in Sydney, Australia, where he project-managed Tier IV UPS system installations for leading hyperscalers. In 2018, he moved to Austin, Texas to head operations at Active Power, a subsidiary of Piller, becoming CEO in 2021. He also serves as Special Projects Manager for Langley Holdings plc.

“Jack brings hands-on operational expertise and a deep understanding of hyperscale requirements,” stated William Langley, Main Board Director, Langley Holdings plc. “His leadership at Bergen Engines Inc. will help us deliver integrated power solutions for mission-critical applications.”

Theo Lorentzos – Vice President, Sales – Americas

Bergen Engines has promoted Theo Lorentzos to Vice President, Sales – Americas, responsible for the company’s sales strategy and commercial activities across North America and Latin America.

Since joining Bergen Engines, Lorentzos has led the signing of contracts worth over $200 million, driving significant growth in the region. He previously held senior roles at Rolls-Royce Power Systems and Rolls-Royce Marine, where he was Head of Marketing for the Autonomous Ship division.

Looking ahead, Lorentzos will also increase his focus on serving hyperscale data centers, positioning Bergen Engines as a key provider of the group’s grid-free independent power solutions to help accelerate large-scale deployments.

Lorentzos holds a First-Class degree in Economics from Lancaster University (U.K.) and an Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies Certificate from Stanford University.

“Theo’s impact in the Americas has been outstanding. His promotion recognizes both performance and potential as we scale our solutions for customers across the region,” emphasized Jon Erik Røth, Managing Director, Bergen Engines AS.
