Helens Story

Over the last year I have increased my running distance and looked for a new challenge. To run for a charity quite close to home seemed very fitting. My step nan suffered for many years from MS… I remember from a young age visiting the MS centre and waiting patiently whilst she went into a huge submarine (oxygen tank)

The Kent MS Therapy Centre is a self-funded charity providing much needed therapies & support clinics to people suffering from this cruel, debilitating & incurable disease.Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is most commonly diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 40. MS is complex & has many symptoms which might include difficulties walking, vision problems, severe fatigue, spasticity & speech difficulties. The therapies available at the Centre help to alleviate these symptoms & help enable sufferers to lead the best possible quality of life.
