The Langley team would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone we connected with during Yotta 2025 in Las Vegas. From insightful conversations at our booth to chance meetings across the show floor, your engagement made this an unforgettable week.

Branded once again as “the power guys”, our mission in Vegas was clear: to show how Langley companies are addressing the most urgent challenge facing the AI revolution today – the grid bottleneck.

“The message from Yotta could not be clearer: the grid can’t keep pace with AI’s demand for power. That’s where we step in,” said Bernard Langley, Main Board Director at Langley Holdings.

At the show, we unveiled Grid-Free Power, our modular behind-the-meter solution that delivers scalable, utility-grade power without waiting for grid upgrades.

Momentum is already building. Our subsidiary Bergen Engines signed its first AI data center contract – a 130MW+ deployment with U.S. PPA provider E-Finity Distributed Generation. And judging by the interest we saw in Las Vegas, this is only the beginning.

“This deal represents a new chapter,” said William Langley, Main Board Director at Langley Holdings. “AI needs reliable power now, and Grid-Free Power is making that possible – immediately.”

The solution combines Bergen Engines’ lean-burn medium-speed gas engines (heritage Rolls-Royce Bergen Engines) with Marelli Motori generators to provide fast, scalable, and flexible power.

Our power division also includes Piller Power Systems, the global benchmark in power quality. Piller’s dynamic UPS technology – trusted by the world’s most mission-critical institutions from Wall Street to central banks – delivers battery-free, resilient performance perfectly suited to the demanding AI workload profile.

This year, Piller also introduced SHIELDX™, a breakthrough in stabilizing mission-critical power for the AI era. SHIELDX™ ensures stability during extreme AI transients, acting as a dynamic buffer that shields power plants, prevents trips, and balances loads without the need for oversizing. With SHIELDX™, every transient is under control – keeping AI data centers running seamlessly.
