Langley Holdings, the diverse engineering and industrial group, today published its Interim Trading Statement for the 6 months to 30 June, 2025.

The group reported a record first-half profit before tax (PBT) of €60 million and is forecasting €140 million for the full year.

The Group reported a profit before tax (PBT) of €124.4 million on revenues of €1.203 billion, virtually identical to 2023.

Langley Holdings plc, the diverse engineering and industrial group, today released its IFRS Annual Report & Accounts for 2023. Chairman Tony Langley expressed optimism for the future, citing a prudent outlook for 2024 based on the current order book and budget forecasts.

In the year to 31 December, the group recorded revenues of €1.2 billion and a profit before tax (PBT) of €75.8 million.

In the year to 31 December, the group reported a profit before tax (PBT) of €128.2 million. Revenues for the period were €814.6 million.
